The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the happening shopping district, Namsan mountain, and Seoul downtown. The transportation options are excellent, with the hotel being just a short walk to multiple subway stations and the airport bus stop. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general was top-notch.

The hotel is conveniently located near the popular shopping area of Myeongdong and is great value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful, and English-speaking Richard is particularly commendable. The rooms are basic but clean, and breakfast is simple but sufficient to start your day.

Even though there was a language barrier, the staff tried their best to communicate using Google Translate. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the metro, restaurants, and market. The room was larger than I expected, clean, and comfortable, with hot water available. I also appreciated the complimentary water bottles provided by the hotel. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for its affordability, friendly staff, and convenient location.

During my Christmas stay, there were two facts that I really liked about this hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and at home. Secondly, the location of the hotel was ideal , it was within walking distance of a famous shopping market and only one stop away from Seoul Station. This made it very convenient for exploring the city and getting around. Additionally, I really enjoyed the 24, hour coffee service, which kept me energized throughout the day.

On the downside, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the lack of an elevator made it quite troublesome to carry my suitcases upstairs.

The room was ready upon arrival, though not spacious, it fit our bags. Amenities include TV, fridge, hairdryer, and AC. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well-designed. Breakfast had a good selection, and the personnel were helpful with arranging tours and tickets. The location is safe, close to the metro and shopping area.
